You stayed out a little late last night (read: very late) and your eyes look like you’re the starting quarterback for a pee-wee football team. Of course you have a big meeting/date/trip (choose your adventure) today and don’t have the time or money to hire a professional to come make it look like you’ve actually slept in the last thirty days. So you throw on a little color corrector, a concealer that claims to fix those dark circles and then spend the rest of the day combating cakey under-eye makeup and lines. You win some, you lose some.
This scenario sound familiar? It’s basically our morning ritual.
Given the above, finding a good concealer is like finding the fountain of youth. Call Ponce de Leon, we found the real fountain and it’s in this stick.
We had heard rumors about the magic that was Cle de Peau’s concealer, but at $70 a pop we decided that coffee was a better investment. But then we tried it.
You guys, it’s good. Like really good. Like you don’t have to have an airbrush or a degree in the art of making people beautiful to use it. It truthfully is the best concealer we have ever tried. Period.
It is creamy, absorbent and has the perfect coverage without being heavy. We don’t know how they did it, but it’s worth giving up a few extra Starbucks runs this month to keep it on our top shelf.
