The holiday season is officially upon us.
The eggnog is flowing, there are presents to be wrapped and our free time is spent trying to make the two dresses we allowed ourselves to purchase for the joyous occasion stretch throughout a season of holiday parties and merrymaking. Our creativity is as stretched as our schedule, but so far, so good.
Yet every year, without fail, we are sure to hit a point in the season where throwing a fur vest over the same dress we have already had dry-cleaned three times in the last week starts to feel a little stale. Where our attempts at talking to different people than we saw at the last affair we wore this little black number to start to impede on our good times. Where the snags in our holiday sweater start to feel like snags in our sanity.
And for moments like these, when we are holding on to the holidays by the proverbial thread…
